Services for Tommy E. Doss will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Travelers Rest Baptist Church with the Rev. Jerry Malone officiating. Burial will follow at Cedar Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be from noon until 6 tonight at Lakeview Memorial Funeral Home.

Mr. Doss died Tuesday, Oct. 14, 2008, at Methodist University in Memphis. He was 48.

A native of Vicksburg, Mr. Doss was a resident of Millington, Tenn. He graduated from Vicksburg public schools, where he lettered in sports. He was a graduate of Jackson State University, where he played football. He was a member of Springfield M.B. Church in Abbeville, Miss.

He was a social worker for Case Management Inc. and several hospitals in the Memphis area.

He was preceded in death by his father, Eugene Fuller Jr.; three brothers, Carl Lee Fuller, Jimmie Lee Fuller and Walter Doss Sr.; and a sister, Sarah Fuller.

Survivors include his wife, Regena Doss of Millington; a daughter, Brittney Doss of Millington; his mother, Mary L. Fuller of Vicksburg; six sisters, Shelda M. Thomas, Patricia Fuller-Doss, Cora Lee Sweet and Eva Hayward, all of Vicksburg, Rosalee Fuller-Green of Orange, Texas, and Karen Sue Fuller of Houston; eight brothers, Arthur Fuller, the Rev. Wilbert Doss, John L. Fuller, the Rev. Arthur Wilson, Charles Wilson, Curtis Wilson and Edward Wilson, all of Vicksburg, and Ronald L. Fuller of Vallejo, Calif.; and nieces, nephews, cousins and friends, including Catherine Doss of Vicksburg and the Lewis family of Oxford.
