After the fall

Published 12:00 am Thursday, November 13, 2008

Eugene Love, left, and Ronald Bolden, laborers for the Vicksburg Sewer Department, shovel leaves out of a drain pipe on Army Navy Drive Wednesday.  Leaves began clogging drains after winds gusting up to 27 mph swept over Vicksburg. The National Weather Service forecast clearer skies for this evening and tonight after two days of rain. Clouds, however, were predicted to return to the area Friday, bringing with them cooler temperatures. (Katie Carter*The Vicksburg Post)
