Nora Lynn Lancaster

BOLTON — Mrs. Nora Lynn Lancaster, 55, died Sunday, Nov. 30, 2008, at the University of Mississippi Medical Center.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 3, 2008, at Bolton Memorial United Methodist Church. Visitation will be between the hours of 5 and 7 tonight at Wright and Ferguson Funeral Home in Raymond and after 10 a.m. Wednesday at the church. Interment will follow the service at Bolton Cemetery.

A native of Vicksburg, Nora had made her home in Bolton for more than 30 years. She was postmaster at the Utica Post Office and a member of Bolton Memorial United Methodist Church. She will be sadly missed by her family and many friends.

Survivors include her loving husband, Randy Lancaster; two sons, Jacob Randolph Lancaster and John Todd Lancaster, all of Bolton; her mother, Grace Lynn of Vicksburg; three sisters, Connie Norwood and Kathy McAuley, both of Vicksburg, and Tracy Danczyk of Yuma, Ariz.; two brothers, Richard Todd Lynn and Fred Stacy Lynn, both of Vicksburg; and one granddaughter, Rebecca Grace Lancaster of Bolton.

The family asks that memorials be made to Bolton Memorial United Methodist Church, 203 W. Madison St., Bolton, MS 39041.
