Teresa Lynn Frazier died Wednesday, Dec. 10, 2008, as the result of a motor vehicle accident. She was 47.

Ms. Frazier was a former Madison resident and had lived in Vicksburg for about 6 months. She was employed at Riverside Construction.

She had many family members and friends in the Vicksburg area.

She was preceded in death by her father, Kenneth Downs.

She is survived by two sons, Justin Brown and wife Darlene of Clinton and Cory Frazier of Vicksburg; her mother and stepfather, Jean and William White of Vicksburg; one sister, Susan Downs of Vicksburg; two brothers, Kenneth Downs and John Downs, both of Vicksburg; one grandson, Cody Brown of Clinton; four nephews, Gordon Downs, Dalton Downs, Will Downs and Taylor Wade; and other relatives.

Visitation will be from 9 until 11 a.m. Saturday at Stricklin-King Funeral Home in Yazoo City with funeral services to follow.
