Galbrial Nicole Dixon, bride-elect of Larry Lamar Floyd, both of Vicksburg, announces their wedding plans for a private ceremony at 3 p.m. Dec. 31, 2008, at the home of the groom’s mother. A reception will follow at 1622 Clay St. All relatives and friends are invited to attend the reception.

Miss Dixon is the daughter of Ollie Dixon and Edna Evans, both of Vicksburg.

Mr. Floyd is the son of Robert and Shirley Thomas of Vicksburg.

The Rev. J.L. Williams will officiate at the ceremony. The bride will be given in marriage by her father.

Robert “Jake” Thomas will serve as best man.
