Brenda Knight Sauls

MEMPHIS — Brenda Knight Sauls died Monday, Dec. 29, 2008, in Memphis, from injuries received in an automobile accident. She was 58.
Mrs. Sauls was a native of Utica, but had been living in Memphis. She had been a bookkeeper for Mississippi Materials Company, participated in bowling leagues and was of the Presbyterian faith.
She was preceded in death by her father, John R. Knight Sr.
Survivors include two sons, John Preston Knight of Mendenhall and Kenneth Richard Sauls of Utica; her mother, Sarah Hamilton Knight of Utica; three sisters, Leta K. Fuller of Hazlehurst, Linda Gay Frix of Memphis and Paula Knight of Port Gibson; four brothers, Maxie Lee Knight of Utica, John Robert Knight Jr. of Utica, Roger Dale Knight of Pearl and James Lewis Knight of Madison; and two grandchildren.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Frank J. Fisher Funeral Home chapel with the Rev. David Patterson officiating. Burial will follow at Bethesda Cemetery in Hinds County.
Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until the service Saturday at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be Jay Maddox, Jason Maddox, Kenneth Knight, Joey Cessna, Scott Fletcher and Joe Frix.
Honorary pallbearers will be grandchildren Zach Knight and Logan Sauls
