EAGLE LAKE — John Paul Page Sr. died Wednesday, Jan. 14, 2009, as the result of a motor vehicle accident at Eagle Lake. He was 45.

Born in Hinds County, Mr. Page had been a resident of the Eagle Lake community most of his life. He was a self-employed carpenter.

He is survived by two sons, John Paul Page Jr. and Christopher Page, both of Vicksburg; one daughter, Candi Brooks of Vicksburg; four brothers, Billie Junior Page and Jimmie Wayne Page, both of Edwards, Henry Page of Vicksburg and William Earl Page of Mobile, Ala.; and one grandchild.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Edwards Cemetery. Burial will follow under the direction of Glenwood Funeral Home. Visitation will be at the funeral home Friday from noon until the service.

Pallbearers will be John Page Jr., Christopher Page, Michael Brooks, Billie Page, Jessie Martin and Henry Page.

Honorary pallbearers will be James Luke, Nate Bailey and Shane Mize.
