Vicksburg man held on fraud charges

A Vicksburg man was in Warren County Jail this morning on two fraud charges.

Adolf Carson, 34, 106-A Kelly Circle, was arrested at 4 p.m. Sunday following service of warrants on uttering a forgery and possession of a counterfeit bank note, Vicksburg police records show.

He was held on $25,000 bond.

Jack taken from truck; game, jewelry missing

Two burglaries were reported in Vicksburg over the weekend.

* A 3-ton floor jack was reported missing at 12:30 a.m. Saturday from the bed of a 1994 Chevrolet pickup in the 700 block of Third North Street.

* A Nintendo DS video game system, diamond earrings and rings were reported missing at 6:04 p.m. from a home in the 100 block of James Court.
