Jonas and Margaret Caldwell of Vicksburg announce the engagement of their daughter, Tiffany Nicole, to Caldwell Howard. Mr. Howard is the son of James Howard and Shirley Howard of Tallulah and the late Neola Howard.

Miss Caldwell is the granddaughter of the late Jonas and Helen Caldwell and the late Herman and Elsie Winters, all of Vicksburg,

Mr. Howard is the grandson of James Sr. and Ruth Howard of Gramercy, La.

The bride-elect is a graduate of Warren Central High School, where she was a member of HOSA, FTA and Big Blue Band.

She received phlebotomy certification from Hinds Community College.

Miss Caldwell is employed at Ameristar Casino and at Covenant Health and Rehab of Vicksburg.

The prospective groom attended Tallulah High School. He is employed at Ameristar Casino and at Warren-Yazoo Mental Health.

Vows will be exchanged in a private ceremony March 27, 2009, at Rose Hill M.B. Church.
