St. Aloysius boys, girls ousted from playoffs|Prep basketball playoffs

Basketball season is over at St. Aloysius.

The boys fell to Puckett in a 50-49 heartbreaker, while the girls lost to Pisgah 70-31 on Monday at the Division 7-1A tournament.

The Flashes (12-16) were led by David Tuggle with 16 points, Sean Johnson with 12 and Chris Lewis added 11.

In the girls’ game, the Lady Flashes (6-22) were led by Tori Hines with 12 points.
