Final arraignments from grand jury recorded

Arraignments have been held on all indictments returned by the Warren County Grand Jury in its January session.

Those not previously reported include:

* Charles Phillip Blalack, 29, 4407 Halls Ferry Road — domestic violence, third offense on Sept. 21.

* John A. Burton, 17, 3749 Gowall Road — malicious mischief on Sept. 23.

* Adolph Carson, 34, 106 Kelly Circle, Apt. A — forgery-counterfeit instrument on Sept. 3.

* Laron Evans, 20, 1214 W. Magnolia St. — conspiracy to commit a felony and false pretenses, between Oct. 15 and Nov. 20.

* Jonathan Ezernack, 28, 60 Sharp Lane — possession of weapon after felony conviction on Sept. 11

* Carlos Harris, 17, 214 Greenbriar Drive — burglary of a dwelling on June 4.

* Christopher Michael Hayes, 21, 123 Crockett Road — two counts of bomb threat on Oct. 27.

* Susie Mae Johnson, 34, 1124 South St. — shoplifting, third offense on Nov. 22.

* Daquilla Q. McDaniel, 24, 780 U.S. 61 North, Apt. 80 — conspiracy to commit a felony and false pretenses, between Oct. 15 and Nov. 20.

* Laken A. Magee, 24, 780 U.S. 61 North, Apt. 80 — conspiracy to commit a felony and false pretenses, between Oct. 15 and Nov. 20.

* Leigh Mercer, 41, 782 U.S. 80 West, Delhi, La. — embezzlement, date not available.

* Cretonia M. Nickson, 34, 320 Fisher Ferry Road, Apt. 45 — forgery-counterfeit instrument on Sept. 3.

* Donisha Ollie, 26, 916 China St. — prescription forgery on Aug. 15.

* Antonia D. Peters, 26, 1002 Fifth North St. — DUI third offense on Nov. 12.

* Terry Smith, 18, 210 Winters Lane — sale of a controlled substance on Sept. 4 and possession of a controlled substance on Sept. 5.

* Tamishia L. Stowers, 29, 128 Village Drive — two counts of forgery on Sept. 2 and 3.

Circuit Judge Isadore Patrick informed the defendants of the grand jury’s action. In the next phase, pleas are negotiated or trial dates are set.
