Three people have been arrested in the past three days in Warren County on methamphetamine-related charges.
The most recent occurred Tuesday night when Kenneth M. Massey, 54, 163 Pecanwood Drive, Eagle Lake, was picked up during a traffic stop by a Warren County deputy on U.S. 61 North near Redwood, said Sheriff Martin Pace.
The arrest followed an investigation by the Warren County Sheriff’s Department and the federal Drug Enforcement Administration, Pace said.
Sheriff’s department obtained a search warrant to search his residence where crystal meth and chemicals were recovered, said Pace.
Massey was charged with possession of precursor chemicals and possession of methamphetamine.
The two previous arrests were Sunday. Jessica Lacole Maxwell, 27, 2330 Lebanon Pinegrove Road, Utica, and Kelli Taylor Harrell, 40, 3540 Warriors Trail, were arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute after a search warrant was served on Harrell’s home, Pace said.
He said several grams of meth were found.
Each woman bonded out on $5,000.
Massey was in the Warren County Jail without bond.
