Fabulous meets fierce when Vicksburg’s Elite Civic Club hosts the 51st annual Ebony Fashion Fair March 2 at the City Auditorium, beginning at 8 p.m.

The riveting fashion extravaganza will unveil the latest trends and unique styles with models in designs by many of the world’s best designers.

Tickets for the show are $30, which includes a copy of Ebony Fashion Fair magazine, and attendees will have a choice of a one-year subscription to Ebony or a six-month subscription to Jet magazine.

Door prizes will include round-trip airfare for two to any U.S. destination, a one-year supply of hair-care items from Luster’s Pink collection, and products from Fashion Fair Cosmetics.

The Ebony show is an elaborate production with special effects, hip-hop music and all the entertainment of a Broadway show.

Fashion authority Eunice W. Johnson will preside and those present will find out what’s hot and what’s not.

Proceeds will benefit Jackson State University.
