Chris Wise, of Houston, Texas, drains grease from a brisket he was cooking at the Vicksburg National Military Park near the Great Redoubt Saturday. Wise and 11 other re-enactors were portraying the 3rd Mississippi Infantry just before the Siege of Vicksburg took place.
