Sanders, Morris exchange vows in Texas

Nathan Dale Sanders and Elizabeth Ann Morris were married Jan. 11, 2009, in an afternoon wedding at St. Elias Orthodox Church in Austin, Texas. The Very Rev. Father David Barr officiated at the ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of the Very Rev. Father John and Cheryl Morris of Vicksburg. She is the granddaughter of Bernice Haun of Enid, Okla.
The groom is the son of Frank and Holy Sanders of Largo, Fla.
Given in marriage by her father, the bride wore a long gown of ivory-white satin fashioned with a sleeveless bodice and an empire waist. She wore a lace jacket with angel-wing sleeves. The cathedral-length gown was trimmed in lace and Austrian crystals and was enhanced by a cathedral-length veil attached to a crystal-and-pearl tiara.
She wore pearls belonging to her grandmother, the late Phyllisjean Newman of Oklahoma City. She carried a bouquet of burgundy-red roses.
Maid of honor was Rachel West of Houston, Texas. Matron of honor was Kara Soluri of Austin. Bridesmaids were Lindsay Reinwand of Minneapolis, Minn., and Sara Dickens and Jennifer Bernard, both of Austin. Junior bridesmaid was Francesca Soluri of Austin.
Flower girl was Gabrielle Jabour of Austin.
The attendants wore burgundy-satin gowns.
Chris LaForest of Minneapolis served as best man. Groomsmen were Matthew Morris of Austin and Lion Templin, Jon Balch and Jeremy Frank, all of Minneapolis.
Ushers were Samuel Barr and Bryan Smith, both of Austin.
Ring bearer was Joseph Soluri of Austin.
Epistle reader was Samuel Barr of Austin.
Robert Soluri and David Michal Jabour, both of Austin, served as bubble bearers.
A reception featuring a Mediterranean buffet followed at Transfiguration Greek Orthodox Church hall in Austin.
Guests were entertained with music by Sound Junkies 2 of Austin.
Following a wedding trip to Blair House Inn Resort in Wimberley, Texas, the couple will reside in Austin.
The bride is a graduate of Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, Texas, and will begin graduate work in marriage and family counseling in the fall. The groom is a graduate of Hennepin Technical College of Minneapolis and is a systems manager at Digital Motorworks in Austin.
Rehearsal dinner
On the eve of the wedding, a rehearsal dinner was held at St. Elias Orthodox Church.
