Chadwick Ray Hearn and Heather LaShay Blakely were married at 2 p.m. Jan. 3, 2009, at First Baptist Church. Pastor Matt Buckles officiated at the ceremony.

The bride is the daughter of William Blakely of Kosciusko and Sharon Davis of Vicksburg. She is the granddaughter of Bernard and June Blakely of Delta, La.

The groom is the son of Danny Hearn and Kathy Hooper, both of Vicksburg. He is the grandson of Bobby Ferguson and Mary Anne Dotson, both of Vicksburg.

Given in marriage by her mother, the bride’s chosen colors were white and baby blue.

Maid of honor was Sarah Tatnall of Washington, D.C. Robert Humphries of Vicksburg served as best man.

Ring bearers were Jordan Williams and Tyler Hearn, both of Vicksburg.

A reception followed at the church.

The couple will make their home in Vicksburg, where the groom is employed with R&B Construction.
