Sara Howington tripled and scored the game’s only run as the Lady Flashes (9-3, 5-1) kept pace in the Division 7-1A fastpitch race. Howington’s triple led off the third inning and she scored on a RBI double by Katie Koestler. That was enough for standout pitcher Sarah Franco, who tossed a shutout.
