Williams, Brasfield wed March 28

Johnie Norman Williams Jr. and Susan Renea Brasfield were married at 5 p.m. March 28, 2009, at Fairways in Vicksburg. Dwight Sibley officiated at the ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Cecilia and Joe Robertson and Clemit Tullos of Vicksburg. She is the granddaughter of Cecil and Jewel White of St. Joseph, La.
The groom is the son of Johnie Norman Williams Sr. and the late Trudy Elizabeth Williams of Vicksburg. He is the grandson of Daisy Daniels of Vicksburg.
Given in marriage by Joe Robertson, the bride’s chosen colors were ivory, brown and orange.
Music was provided by Glenn Gilley and Lina Williams, soloist.
Maid of honor was Amanda Nicole Williams of Vicksburg. Matron of honor was Kristian Elizabeth Brasfield of Vicksburg.
Flower girl was Marleigh Grace Williams of Vicksburg.
The groom’s father served as best man. Groomsman was Mike Cook of Vicksburg.
A reception followed the ceremony. Hostesses were Leigh Gilley, Elysia Gilley, Cecilia Robertson, Flora Williams, Tonja Vinson, Joyce Montague and Shona Cook.
The couple will make their home in Vicksburg, where the bride is employed with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and the groom is employed at Sheffield Rentals.
