HERMANVILLE — Frank Davenport died Tuesday, April 7, 2009, at River Region Medical Center. He was 59.

Mr. Davenport was a self-employed mechanic.

Survivors include his daughter, ShaQuetta Thomas of Jackson; a son, Parrish McCoy of Chicago; his father, Junios Davenport of Hermanville; one brother, Jimmie Davenport of Chicago; eight sisters, Mozell Guy, Francis Neal and Gwendolyn Baker, all of Hermanville, Everlean Myles, Della Robinson and Augusta Davenport, all of Vicksburg, Emma Linzy of Clinton and Gloria Williams of St. Louis; and nieces, nephews, cousins and other friends and relatives, including Ernest Marbra of Utica.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Welcome Baptist Church in Hermanville with the Rev. Carl DeVine officiating. Burial will follow at the Barnes Family Cemetery in Carlisle. Visitation will be from 8 a.m. until 6 p.m. Friday at Westhaven Memorial Funeral Home in Utica.
