Rosie Lee “Popcorn” Jackson

Services for Rosie Lee “Popcorn” Jackson will be at noon Saturday at Oak Chapel M.B. Church in Bovina with the Rev. Edmond Gibbs officiating. Burial will follow at Bethlehem M.B. Church Cemetery. Visitation will be from noon until 6 p.m. Friday at Lakeview Memorial Funeral Home.
She was preceded in death by her brother, Prince Jackson; and her grandparents, Columbus and Abbie Jackson and Robert Sr. and Sally Thomas.
Survivors include her parents, Jean Ella Jackson of Vicksburg and Prince Thomas Sr. of Jackson; two sons, Richard Earl Ray and Chad Terelle Jackson, both of Vicksburg; two daughters, Trimeka Rochelle Jackson and Ashley Rena Jackson, both of Vicksburg; three sisters, Janice Jackson, Jerry Jackson and Victoria Jackson, all of Vicksburg; five brothers, Willie Earl Jackson, Hosea Jackson and Frentress Jackson, all of Vicksburg, Prince Thomas Jr. of Kansas City, Mo., and Jermaine Thomas of Atlanta; and aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends, including Johnathan Clark, Danelle Jackson, Jer’Darriyus Jackson, Keshia Daniels and members of the Jones, Thomas and Funches families.
Ms. Jackson died Saturday, April 11, 2009, at River Region Medical Center. She was 43.
