GLEN ALLAN — Veronica Faye Lewis Moore died Friday, April 10, 2009, at Sharkey-Issaquena Hospital in Rolling Fork. She was 56.

A Glen Allan resident, Mrs. Moore was employed as a wholesale paralegal.

She is survived by one son, Marrio Moore of Memphis; three brothers, the Rev. Elijah Lewis Jr., McArthur Lewis and Cornelius Lewis, all of Glen Allan; and five sisters, Floretha Richmond of Portland, Ore., Gene Autry Bell of Jackson, Janie Carol Lewis of Glen Allan and Fannie Thompson and Josephine Thompson, both of Greenville.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at St. John M.B. Church in Velwood, Miss., with Earnest Howard officiating. Burial, under the direction of Walker Funeral Home of Rolling Fork, will follow at the church cemetery. Visitation will be at the church Saturday from 10 a.m until the service.
