City woman out on bond following drug arrest

A Vicksburg woman was released from the Warren County Jail on a $30,000 bond Friday, following her arrest earlier in the day on a sale of cocaine charge.

Yoko Jones, 42, 918 Harris St., was arrested by Vicksburg police on two counts of sale of a controlled substance — more than one gram of cocaine but less than two grams, jail records showed.

A Vicksburg man spent his 28th birthday in the Warren County Jail Friday evening, according to jail records.

Damon White, 4102 Dogwood Lane, was arrested by Warren County Sheriff’s deputies around 5 p.m. Friday on a grand larceny charge. He was being held without bond.
