A Vicksburg man was out on $10,000 bond after being charged with drug possession Friday.

Cedric Kelly, 28, 66 Railroad Alley, was arrested at the Vicksburg Police Department at 10 a.m. for possession of more than one but less than two grams of cocaine, Warren County jail records show.
