Eric Paul Seichrist and Virginia Clare Ewing were married at 5 p.m. Mach 7, 2009, at The Eden in Pensacola, Fla. The Rev. Jack Giddens officiated at the ceremony.

The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Milton Clarence Ewing III of Anguilla. She is the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. W.E. Sherman and Mr. and Mrs. Milton C. Ewing Jr.

The groom is the son of Valerie Alday and Lee Alday of Omaha, Neb.

Given in marriage by her parents, the bride’s chosen colors were blue and chocolate.

Tony Bowers provided music for the ceremony.

Maid of honor was Martha Frances Ewing of Madison. Lee Alday of Omaha served as best man.

The bride’s parents hosted a reception following the ceremony.

For a wedding trip, the couple traveled to Banff, Canada.

They will make their home in Keller, Texas. The bride is employed at Cook Children’s Hospital, and the groom is employed at Textron.
