A Vicksburg couple was in the Warren County Jail this morning accused of manufacturing crystal methamphetamine at their home near Eagle Lake.

The arrests were for a crystal meth bust in the county, which makes 13 busts in the county since the beginning of the year.

Kathryn Tuggle, 26, and Jonathan Jolly, 38, both of 162 Pecanwood Drive, were arrested at 1:45 p.m. at their home and charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of precursor chemicals and the manufacturing of  methamphetamine, said Warren County Sheriff Martin Pace.

Tuggle and Jolly were cooking crystal meth as Warren County deputies served a search warrant, after about a monthlong investigation into the home, said Pace.

Jolly was arrested in the backyard of the home after he ran out the back door with a canister of chemicals as deputies were making their way inside, said Pace.

Deputies recovered several grams of finished product along with meth oil, said Pace.

Tuggle and Jolly were being held without bond.
