Court report|Six sentenced in Warren County Circuit Court

In Warren County Circuit Court during the week ending Friday:

• John W. Skipworth, 18, 1083 Jeffers Hollow Road, pleaded guilty to grand larceny and was sentenced by Judge Isadore Patrick to the Mississippi Department of Corrections Regimented Inmate Discipline Program followed by five years of probation, plus restitution of $2,335 and fines of $1,322.50. Skipworth was arrested July 13.

• Garrod D. Bunch, 27, 302 Cooper Drive. He was sentenced to complete the MDOC Alcohol and Drug Treatment Program followed by two years of house arrest. Bunch was arrested Nov. 17, 2004, for possession of a controlled substance.

• Eric D. Ferguson, 20, 319 Belva Drive. He was sentenced to the Walnut Grove Correctional Facility Restitution Center to pay $2,197, followed by five years of probation. Ferguson was arrested Sept. 13 for burglary of a dwelling.

• Jessie D. Leist, 28, 1046 Westberry Square, Byram. Leist was sentenced to five years in prison and must complete the MDOC Alcohol and Drug Treatment Program, followed by five years of probation. The arrest was Dec. 22, 2005, for possession of precursor chemicals.

• Edward T. Mazie, 25, 2501 Ken Karyl Ave. He was sentenced to three years in prison and was arrested March 9, 2004.

• Jessica Ellen White, 18, 1239 Boy Scout Road. She was sentenced to the Drug Court program for three years, plus fines of $2,622.50. White was arrested Sept. 15 for auto burglary.
