Willie Mae Long died today, May 26, 2009, at Vicksburg Convalescent Home. She was 77.

Mrs. Long was a homemaker and a member of New Mount Pilgrim M.B. Church.

She was preceded in death by her father, Arthur Taylor; and her mother, Sudie Mae Hill.

She is survived by two sons, Andrew Stowers of Milwaukee, Wis., and Edward Stowers of Leakesville; eight grandchildren; and her caregiver, Tamisha Stowers of Vicksburg.
