Vicksburg Police officer Leonce Young works with his canine partner, 17-month-old X-On, Tuesday at softball fields off Army-Navy Drive. X-On, a Russian shepherd who has been with the Vicksburg Police Department for 8 months, is Young’s constant companion, living and working with him.
