Members of the David Christopher Youth Council No. 188 march along Walnut Street Sunday afternoon. The group is part of the Mississippi State Association of Elks, in Vicksburg since Friday for the state convention. About 300 people — including 200 adults from 15 lodges and 100 youth councils — are expected to attend. Activities are being held at Battlefield Inn and will wrap up Wednesday.
