Louisiana authorities were looking for two men they want to question about the shooting death of a 16-year-old early Sunday morning.

The teen, John Hughes, was killed after a possible argument “probably involving a female,” said Louisiana State Police Trooper Dennis West.

His body was found at 4 a.m. in the 800 block of Tank Street in front of Madison Community Apartments.

Being sought were Mario Oliver, 27, and Shawn Allen, 24. Both were identified as Tallulah residents and both should be considered armed and dangerous.

“We’re just trying to find the two guys and get them in for questioning,” Dennis said.

Details of the incident were still unclear, said Dennis.

The Tallulah Police Department, Louisiana State Police, Madison Parish Sheriff’s Office and the Sixth Judicial District Attorney’s Office were working together on the investigation.
