Woman accused of booking rooms with stolen card

A Vicksburg woman was in the Warren County Jail this morning, charged with felony credit card fraud.
Terri Hughes, 25, 106 Pinehurst St., was arrested at 10:14 p.m. Monday at Rainbow Hotel Casino, 1380 Warrenton Road, after Vicksburg police received information of her whereabouts, said Sgt. Sandra Williams.
Hughes is accused of stealing a credit card number and renting hotel rooms, though she did not rent one at Rainbow, Williams said.
Hughes was being held without bond.
City man charged in domestic violence
A Vicksburg man was in the Warren County Jail this morning, charged with third-offense domestic violence.
Marcus Mack, 24, 531 Hugo St., was arrested at noon Monday at Confederate Ridge Apartments off U.S. 61 North, said Sgt. Sandra Williams, where police responded to the call.
Mack was being held on a $10,000 bond, said Williams.
Mother, son charged in domestic assault
A Vicksburg mother and son were charged Monday with domestic violence-aggravated assault, said Vicksburg police Sgt. Sandra Williams.
Alice Jane Kavanaugh, 60, 455 Dogwood Lake Drive, and Stephen Kavanaugh, 28, 114 Brookwood Drive, surrendered to the Vicksburg police Monday afternoon, Williams said.
They were held in the Warren County Jail, but later released on $15,000 bond each.
Two auto burglaries reported in city, county
An auto burglary was reported in the city Monday.
A Motorola cell phone charger and nearly $20 in cash were reported missing at 7:27 a.m. from a 2007 Mercedes in the 2300 block of Cherry Street.
In the county Monday, a Chevrolet GC3 pickup, Mississippi tag No. 3AX 116, valued at $4,000, was reported missing at 2:22 p.m. from the Super Junior, 4300 Nailor Road.
