In Warren County Circuit Court for the week ending Friday:

• Kenneth Downs, 45, 2460 Old Highway 27, No. 5, pleaded guilty to possession of precursor substances with intent to manufacture methamphetamine and was sentenced by Judge Isadore Patrick to five years of probation, plus fines totalling $5,622.50. Downs was arrested July 23.

• Koury T. Evans, 24, 7823 Halls Ferry Road, pleaded guilty to robbery and was sentenced by Patrick to one year and one day in prison followed by five years of probation, plus fines totalling $1,822.50. Evans was arrested Nov. 14.

• Derrick Ramone Hall, 28, 2816 Drummond St., pleaded guilty to eluding a law enforcement officer and was sentenced by Patrick to one year and one day in prison followed by two years of probation, plus fines totalling $1,322.50. Hall was arrested July 14.

• Stephanie E. Hutson, 22, 951 Greenfield Road, Glen Allan, pleaded guilty to possession of precursor substances with intent to manufacture methamphetamine and was sentenced by Patrick to five years of probation, plus fines totalling $5,322.50. Hutson was arrested March 22, 2008.

• Michael Lee Smith, 50, 115 Quinola Lane, pleaded guilty to aggravated assault and was sentenced by Patrick to five years of probation, plus fines totalling $1,322.50. Smith was arrested April 14, 2008.
