Donald and Debra Drummond of St. Charles, Mo., announce the engagement of their daughter, Stacey Michelle, to Kenneth Joseph Lane, also of St. Charles. Mr. Lane is the son of Michael A. Lane of Florence, Ala., and Christine Lanford of Vicksburg.

Miss Drummond is the granddaughter of the late Ralph and Opal Meyer and the late Joseph and Enola Drummond, all of St. Charles.

Mr. Lane is the grandson of Kenneth and Betty Lane of Kansas City, Mo., and Timothy and Florence Guiheen of Lee’s Summit, Mo.

The bride-elect is a 2009 graduate of Sanford Brown College, where she received an associate degree in medical assistance.

Miss Drummond is a medical assistant at Family Foot Care in St. Charles.

The prospective groom is a 2003 graduate of Mississippi Delta Community College, where he received an associate degree in electrical technology.

Mr. Lane is employed in Granite City, Ill., and is a union electrician with Local 480 in Jackson.

The wedding will be at 5 p.m. Aug. 1, 2009, at Immanuel Lutheran Church in St. Charles.

A reception will follow at Trigg Banquet Center in O’Fallon, Mo.
