Mark Dwain Holsomback

Mark Dwain Holsomback died Thursday, July 16, 2009, at the Ochsner Hospital in New Orleans. He was 52.
Born in Camp Lejeune, N.C., Mr. Holsomback had been a resident of Vicksburg for the past eight years. He was a member of the Episcopal faith.
He is survived by his father, Jack A. Holsomback and wife Gloria of Vicksburg; his mother, Gloria Jean Napier and husband Leonard of Hattiesburg; his stepmother, Lucille Holsomback of Vicksburg; his sister, Ann H. Griffin of Delta, La.; four brothers, Mark Robinson of Hollywood, Calif., Rusty “Jack Jr.” Holsomback and his wife, Betty, of Hattiesburg, Don Holsomback and his wife, Theresa, of Kansas City, Mo., and Leonard R. “Randy” Napier of Hattiesburg; his paternal grandmother, Lida Mae Speyerer of Jacksonville, Fla.; and other relatives, including Judy Hasty of Vicksburg and Penney Melton of Brandon.
He was preceded in death by two sisters, Terry Ann Keller and Lori Stephens.
A Celebration of Life service will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Riles Funeral Home with the Rev. Susan Disharoon officiating. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. Thursday until the hour of the service.
