Judy Brewer announces the engagement and forthcoming marriage of her daughter, Sarah, to Delvin Rowell. Mr. Rowell is the son of Del and Beth Rowell of Vicksburg. Miss Brewer is also the daughter of the late Bill Brewer of Vicksburg.

The wedding will be at 5 p.m. Aug. 9, 2009, at The Ranch, 5964 Nailor Road. A reception will follow.

The couple will make their home in Vicksburg, where the groom is a poker dealer at Ameristar Casino.
