Christine Bingham died Saturday, July 25, 2009, at River Region Medical Center. She was 68.

Mrs. Bingham was a nurse’s assistant at Trace Haven Nursing Home and a private-duty sitter. She was member of Rose Hill Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Ed and Beatrice Bingham Swartz.

Survivors include two sons, Charles Bingham and Don Bingham, both of Vicksburg; a daughter, Beatrice Bingham of Vicksburg; five brothers, Bubba Judge, James Earl Swartz, Charles Edward Swartz and Willie Harold Swartz, all of Vicksburg, and James Robert Swartz of Junction City, Kan.; three sisters, Vivian Ware and Dorothy Swartz, both of Vicksburg, and Mary Ruth Watson of Chicago; an aunt, Florence Green of Vicksburg; 17 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren and other relatives and friends including the Green Family of Vicksburg and Nicie Young’s family of Vicksburg.
