Odell Jordan

Services for Odell Jordan will be at 3 p.m. Friday at Travelers Rest Baptist Church with the Rev. Byron Maxwell officiating. Burial will follow at Cedar Hill Cemetery. Repast will be at the church. Visitation will be from 3 until 6 p.m. Thursday at Robbins Funeral Home and Friday at the church from 2 p.m. until the service.
Mr. Jordan died Sunday, Aug. 9, 2009, at University Medical Center in Jackson. He was 59.
He was a veteran of the Army and a member of Teamsters Union Local No. 1196. He worked at Anderson-Tully Co. for 37 years.
Survivors include two sons, Jeffrey Smith and JaRelle Pedyfoot, both of Vicksburg; two brothers, Berry Jordan Jr. and Roosevelt Jordan, both of Vicksburg; two sisters, Cora McClatcher of Memphis and Willie Mae Brown of Vicksburg; two grandchildren; and nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
