A Vicksburg photographer will be featured in the show Contrast: A Visual Exploration, set to open Thursday at The Warehouse in Cleveland.
Melody Golding is among 50 photographers from 17 states and three countries who will be part of the themed show.
The free event will also feature glass plate images, digital prints, fiber prints and digital projections.
A reception from 6 to 9 p.m. Thursday will open the exhibit, which will be on display until the end of September.

Re-enactors sought for program
The second annual Black and Blue Civil War Living History Camp is seeking actors for an Oct. 10 presentation.
Needed are men and women ages 17 to 70 for roles, including slaves; U.S. soldiers, sailors and cavalrymen; nurses; and civilians. Volunteers are asked to bring Civil War-period clothing and uniforms.
The program will take place at the Historic Jefferson College near Natchez.

Local artist’s works to be in event
A Vicksburg artist’s work will be among those featured at a Tuesday night event in Jackson.
Art by Kennith Humphrey and others represented by Bryant Galleries will be on display from 5:30 to 7:30, during Art at The Auditorium.
The Auditorium is located in Jackson’s historic Fondren District, at 622 Duling Ave.
