James Edwin Keen

James Edwin Keen died Sunday, Aug. 16, 2009, at River Region Medical Center. He was 73.
A lifelong resident of Warren County, Mr. Keen was a retired carpenter. He was a hunter and fisherman and a member of New Vision Family Worship Center.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Luther Edwin and Ruby Parker Keen; a sister, Laverne Welch; three brothers, Roger Redditt, Alton Lee Redditt and Pete Keen; and a grandson, Bradley McMorris.
Survivors include his wife, Geneva B. Keen of Vicksburg; two sons, Donald Edwin Keen of Wiggins and James “Bubba” Keen of Vicksburg; two daughters, Tammy Vanderford and Debra Whatley, both of Vicksburg; three brothers, Joseph Glen Redditt, Danny Kaye Redditt and Billy Wayne Redditt, all of Vicksburg; one sister, Jean Campbell of Missouri; 22 grandchildren; and a number of great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Glenwood Funeral Home with the Rev. Ronnie O’Quinn officiating. Burial will follow at Redditt Cemetery. Visitation will be at the funeral home from 8 a.m. Tuesday until the service.
Pallbearers will be Michael Vanderford, Sean Keen, Wayne Whatley, Joseph Whatley, Glen Redditt, Ricky Hill, Edwin Andrews and Cameron Evans.
Honorary pallbearers will be Bobby Lyons, Nathan Skipworth, Willie Skipworth, Gerald Vanderford, Morrell Redditt and Steve Carlisle.
