Betty A. Bell died Wednesday, Aug. 26, 2009, at River Region Medical Center. She was 44.

Born in Vicksburg, Mrs. Bell was employed at Cooper Lighting and was a member of Mount Alban M.B. Church.

She was preceded in death by her father, Jessie Miller Sr.

Survivors include her husband, Robert Bell; two daughters, Gloria Miller and Ashley Miller, both of Vicksburg; her mother, Mary Hagen Miller of Vicksburg; three brothers, Jessie Miller Jr., Joseph Miller and Willie Miller, all of Vicksburg; two sisters, Helen Jones and Gloria Lee, both of Vicksburg; two grandchildren; and nieces.
