The westbound outside lane of Interstate 20 on the Mississippi River Bridge will be closed from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Wednesday, the Mississippi and Louisiana departments of transportation said.

Overhead lighting repairs will be made. A portion of the lane has been closed for bridge repairs.

The maximum width for passing vehicles will be 12 feet.
