Jerry Lane Burrough

Jerry Lane Burrough died Tuesday, Sept. 22, 2009, at Covenant Health and Rehab. He was 69.
Mr. Burrough was born in Phoenix, Miss., and lived in Vicksburg since 1947. He was a graduate of Redwood High School and was a retired security guard. He was a member of Redwood United Methodist Church.
Mr. Burrough was preceded in death by his father, James K. Burrough.
He is survived by his mother, Doris H. Burrough of Vicksburg; two sisters, Molly McCluskey of Senatobia and Kay Oliver of Hernando; a brother, Ray Burrough of Vicksburg; and nieces and nephews.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Riles Funeral Home Chapel with the Revs. James McCluskey and Kerry Burrough officiating. Burial will be at Cedar Hill Cemetery.
Visitation will be from noon until the service Thursday at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be Frank Johnson, Donnie Burrough, Jack Cooper, Donnie Frith, Larry Burrough and Leon Davis.
Honorary pallbearers will be Butch Burrough, James Harper, Mike Johnson, Billy Carl Irwin, Don Johnson, Marty Hilderbrand, Sadler Hilderbrand, Roland Barnett, Horace Newman, David Wright, Wes Burrough, Charles Burrough, Bob Bailer, Raiford Hancock and Jimmy Dye.
