Services for Dorothy Ward will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Jackson Street M.B. Church with the Rev. Michael Wesley Sr. officiating. Burial will follow at Cedar Hill Cemetery with W.H. Jefferson Funeral Home in charge.

Ms. Ward died Saturday, Sept. 19, 2009, at Shady Lawn Nursing Home. She was 38.

She was a homemaker and a member of the Baptist faith. She attended Vicksburg High School and Hinds Community College.
