MERIDIAN, Idaho — Vincent Jevan Goods died Friday, Sept. 11, 2009, in Meridian, Idaho. He was 45.
Mr. Goods was a graduate of Port Gibson High School and Mississippi Valley State University. He was employed with the Idaho State Criminal Correction System.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Eloise Landers Goods; and grandparents, Allen and Irene Gaines Goods, Matthew Landers and Agnes Wilson.
Survivors include his father, Samuel W. Goods Sr. of Port Gibson; his stepmother, Margaret Goods of Port Gibson; two daughters, Maya Mishaun Goods and Madison Burrel, both of Meridian; two sons, Thomas James Goods of Lake Port, Calif., and Lewis Moore of Port Gibson; a brother, Samuel W. Goods Jr. of Port Gibson; two sisters, Katrina Goods of Vicksburg and Ena S. Goods of Bartlett, Tenn.; two grandchildren; and other relatives and friends.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Wilson Cemetery in Port Gibson with the Rev. Antoine Eakins officiating.
