Alcorn State quarterback Tim Buckley has been named the Southwestern Athletic Conference Offensive Player of the Week. Buckley completed 25 of 40 passes for 408 yards and five touchdowns last week in a 48-42 loss to Southern. He also rushed for 52 yards on 18 carries and one touchdown.
