Across the river at the Vicksburg Tallulah Regional airport in Mound, the National Weather Service said the temperature fell to tie the record of 46 set in 1967. The lilies here, a traditional sign that crisper air is on the cusp, were in front of the Old Court House Museum Tuesday afternoon.
