John Maxwell, playing the role of the famous Mississippi author William Faulkner, performs “Oh, Mr. Faulkner, Do You Write?” for about 120 people at the Southern Cultural Heritage Center Thursday. The dinner theater was the first one at the SCHC. John Maxwell will teach a Creative Writing Workshop from 9 until 11 a.m. Saturday and will perform “Fish Tale, The Story of Peter” at 1 p.m. Sunday.
