Vicksburg man held for MDOC

A Vicksburg man was arrested by police Friday on charges of uttering a forgery, Warren County Jail records showed.
William Kelly, 46, 206 Military Ave., had bond set at $10,000 but was being held for the Mississippi Department of Corrections, a jail spokesman said.
No details about the arrest or the MDOC hold were available.
