Malcom White, executive director of the Mississippi Arts Commission, will be the featured speaker at the November meeting of the Vicksburg Association of Marketing Professionals at noon Nov. 3 at Ameristar’s Heritage Buffet.

White has served in his position since 2005, but has been in the hospitality industry for more than 30 years as co-owner of Hal & Mal’s Restaurant & Brewery in Jackson.
