Services for Esther Franklin will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Cedar Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2 until 6 Wednesday at Dillon-Chisley Funeral Home.

Mrs. Franklin died Sunday, Oct. 25, 2009, at her home in Vicksburg. She was 95.

Mrs. Franklin was born in Vicksburg, but lived most of her adult life in Chicago, where she was a hairstylist. She had spent her retirement years in Vicksburg and was a member of Mount Olive M.B. Church on Baldwin Ferry Road.
